Your health is important to you 24 hours a day, not just when you face a health challenge. UF Health’s patient portal, MyUFHealth, allows you to manage your health care on your own time, from anywhere.

Your secure, online health connection

MyUFHealth gives you, and those you allow, access to parts of your medical record. The patient portal lets you:

  • Access your health information securely on your computer or mobile device
  • Send secure messages or attachments to your UF Health care team
  • Read your after-visit summaries, provider notes and telephone call logs
  • View your test results and radiology images
  • Schedule an appointment with your primary care provider
  • Assign a preferred pharmacy and request new prescriptions online
  • View billing statements and pay bills online
  • Complete questionnaires and confirm appointments in advance
  • Manage updates to your personal information, medications, known allergies and more
  • View released records

Optional two-factor authentication makes the system even more secure. Verify your login with a code sent to your email.

Note: Not all options are available in all locations.

Test results

  • You may see your test results online before your health care provider sees them.
  • Please allow time for your provider to read your results. Some results may be hard for you to understand without their input.
  • Your provider will review the results with you and answer your questions.
  • We appreciate your understanding and patience. We require your physician provider to interpret and explain your results, rather than nurses or other care team members.
